The Shiv Sena faction led by Uddhav Thackeray announced 17 candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra on Wednesday. They will be contesting the polls as part of the opposition alliance INDIA bloc.
Senior leaders Anil Desai, Arvind Sawant, and MP Gajanan Kirtikar’s son, Amol Kirtikar, are among the prominent names announced by the Shiv Sena today.
Anil Desai has been named as the candidate in Mumbai South Central Lok Sabha Constituency, while Amol Kirtikar in North West Mumbai and Arvind Sawant in South Mumbai.
